The leader of the mercenary Wagner Group is headed toward Moscow to attack Russian President Putin. Yevgeny Prigozhin offered criminals amnesty to join his military in Ukraine if they agreed to go to the front lines for him. But recently the general has complained that Putin left the Wagner Group without adequate weapons and supplies.
Prigozhin commented:
“(Putin) invaded Ukraine under false pretenses.”

The question for Americans is:
Would Prigozhin be a better leader than Putin?
The Russian.mercenary advised residents to remain home. The Wagner forces are about 260 miles from the Russian capital as of this reporting.
Putin created “the monster (Prigozhin).” The mercenary originally met the Russian president at his restaurant, hence the nickname of the much-feared “Putin's Chef.”
The division in the Russian military creates an opportunity for Ukrainian forces.
Wagner conquered the Russian leadership behind Ukraine. Then he moved north overtaking Russian city after city. The army has faced little opposition meaning that the Wagner Group leader planned his attack carefully.
The mercenary leader has had a “reputation for fearsome brutally,” according to BBC. Prigozhin spent 13 years in prison on charges of "robbery and theft:”
“(The mercenaries) have been accused of torturing a Syrian captive with a sledgehammer, beheading him and then setting his body on fire in 2017.”
And worse. Much worse.
