Well hi there! I notice I haven’t been around as much as usual. ☺️ So I suspect you might, too. I’ve had a fair amount of pain with my fall and a few miscellaneous unnecessary things.

January 6 Committee Could Refer Trump to DOJ
The House January 6 Select Committee will decide whether Donald Trump and/or his associates through “action or inaction” should be arrested for his actions on Monday.
Congress can do this. The Committee did it four times, and the DOJ made/makes the final determination and prosecuted half of them.
We have no idea about the evidence. There is much to be considered, and much evidence to sort through. But the January 6 Committee understands what is required.
The Select Committee will vote on whether to refer Trump to the DOJ for criminal charges on Monday.
After all, his attempt was a failed coup.
The DOJ prosecutor should go after Trump for not cooperating with subpoenas. a. That’s contempt and. interfering with Congressional investigations (obstruction).
b. The DOJ may already be pursuing this.
