Hi There! Thanks for stopping by. I’m trying to decide whether I’m going to have oatmeal (healthy) or cinnamon rolls (probably not healthy). Decisions. Decisions.
Then, I’m trying to decide where I’m going to move if we lose our democracy through low Democratic and Independent midterm and presidential election elections. As a journalist, Trump would give me the choice of reeducation prisons — like Putin is doing for hundreds of thousands of very unfortunate Ukrainian citizens and soldiers.
I love America, but a dictatorship wouldn’t like me. I like Canada, but the warm parts are extremely expensive, and quite frankly, they wouldn’t want me. Maybe, if I learned to speak French fluently and would go to the cold version of our northern plains states, Quebec…I like Norway, but it is such a good country to live in, they don’t really need immigrants. The Athenian mountains are cool, but it’s a drive to doctors’ appointments. There are interesting eastern European countries, but who knows how long before Putin will be sticking his fingers into them?
I can’t go hot, because I burn in five minutes and would have to have a whole skin transplant. Ah, well. I guess I’ll just have to keep doing what I can to help Americans push out the bad guys at the local, county, state, and national levels. It sure could happen. Then, I wouldn’t have to get the battery-powered warm socks!
Stay well. There are still versions of COVID out there. Decide to come with me, and we can all get out second booster shots!
